Return Policy Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any damages, do not sign for or open the package. Contact Tesstudio Customer Service immediately. Exception Handling Tesstudio is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to:
Actions of the recipient, including but not limited to changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, refusal to accept delivery, etc.
Customs clearance delays, with the responsibility resting on the customer in such cases.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, transportation system regulations, or disruptions.
Deliveries not being made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.
