Actions of the recipient, including but not limited to changing the address after dispatch, providing incorrect or unknown addresses, refusal to accept delivery, etc.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, war, transportation system regulations, or disruptions.
Deliveries not being made on weekends, national holidays, or during holiday periods.
