Return & Refund Policy
Step 1
Please email our customer service team at service@odcarbon.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the product. Our team will review the details to determine eligibility for a return or exchange. (Requests made after 20 days cannot be accepted for return or refund.)
Step 2
Buyers only need to submit the required materials as outlined below, and we will promptly arrange for a product replacement or a return and refund. All related costs will be covered by our company.
1) Provide clear photos of the damaged product.
2) Record a video showing the destruction of the defective or unfit product.
Once our customer service team confirms the issue, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for the product. We are committed to providing after-sales solutions that ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Cases Eligible for Return or Replacement:
- Defective, missing, or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.
- Items manufactured in the wrong size cannot be properly installed or fitted onto the intended vehicle.
- Products that significantly differ from the description can be replaced or refunded.
Please note: Minor color variations between product images and the actual items are inevitable and do not qualify for return or refund services.
